Ask to use a friend or neighbor's printer. Ask the store representative where you are shipping your return to print the instructions and/or label for you (you may need to email the instructions and/or label to the store, which you can do by clicking the "View Return Instructions" button on the bottom right of the Order Status & Returns page
Check the vent. HP cartridges come with a vent that allows ink to flow smoothly. When this vent is blocked, it can prevent ink from leaving the cartridge. Check on the top back of the cartridge for an orange pull tab, and if this has been removed, you can clear the vent with a pin. Run an extended cleaning cycle.
Some eligible customers may choose to receive your refund in the form of an Instant Return Credit. To be eligible for Instant Credit, you must return your original purchase items to Revolve using the specified courier and shipping label. Your Instant Credit allows you to reserve new items by using the Instant Return Credit option at checkout.
