it's recommended to run lazarus as administrator yes but yes, there is no problem with debugging CE as long as CE doesn't debug lazarus also, if you have installed the 32-bit lazarus/fpc you most likely have the 32-bit gdb as well. the 32-bit gdb can't debug the 64-bit CE (the 64-bit gdb can't debug the 32-bit CE either for some reason)

The kernel anticheat driver (vgk.sys) starts when you turn your computer on. To turn it off, you either need to change the name of the driver file so it won't load on a restart, or you can uninstall the driver from add/remove programs, look for "Riot Vanguard" and remove that (it will be installed back again when you open the game).

Would someone kind enough would have some kind of tutorial or step by step article that allows to run Cheat Engine on my Android. I don't know exactly where to ask as most tutorials are for the windows version. I don't know much about rooting so I don't want to do it unless I have to Thank you.
